Refund Policy

Please Note : An order is eligible for a Return or Exchange ONLY ONCE.

# If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please  email us at thebalhaar@gmail.com  mentioning your Order ID. We will make sure a brand new product is delivered to you.

#If the product delivered is defective/damaged (torn)please mail at our customer care (within 2 days of delivery) email  mentioning your Order ID.  Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact. As we don't have any pick up policy so YOU HAVE TO SHIP IT BACK ON YOUR OWN EXPENSE. Request made after 2 days from delivery will not be accepted. 

# Once the product reach us, a store credit will be provided to you via Email in the form of a coupon code which will be valid for 2 months from the date of issue. The store credit will be amount of the value of your returned order excluding any shipping cost paid by you at the time of placing an order.

Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:

• Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product;
• Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery;
• Any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number.
• There will be NO return or exchange on the basis of your dislike, or/and colour issue of the product. As all pictures are taken in natural day light they might appear different. WE DO NOT RETURN OR EXCHANGE ON THAT BASIS.
