# If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. #If the product delivered is defective/damaged (torn)please call our customer care (within 2 days of delivery) at +91 9079070032 or email us at mentioning your Order ID. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact. As we don't have any pick up policy so YOU HAVE TO SHIP IT BACK ON YOUR OWN EXPENSE. Request made after 2 days from delivery will not be accepted.
# Once the product reach us, a store credit will be provided to you via Email in the form of a coupon code which will be valid for 2 months from the date of issue. The store credit will be amount of the value of your returned order excluding any shipping cost paid by you at the time of placing an order.
